K.O.C. Engineering has been serving the San Francisco Bay Area
since 2000. Our primary focus is engineering design, including structural
and soil engineering (as required to obtain necessary permits for
construction).
We’ve built our company from a strong foundation that entails a good
relationship with our clients. Much of our work comes from our affiliates,
such as architects, contractors, and home owners. Our main objective
with any project is to provide simple solutions, keeping economics and
safety in mind at all times.
We believe that a no nonsense approach, as well as being flexible with
our clients’ needs is an effective and efficient way to get the job done
smoothly. We often find that solutions which are beneficial to our client’s
bottom line also help our bottom line, and we strategically allocate time
and resources to get the job done the way they were intended to.
